Who we are

52collective is a library of premium digital tools — templates, systems, and prompts — for creators and online businesses. We operate at 52c.pages.dev (and shortly at our own domain).

When this policy says "we", "us", or "52collective", it means us. When it says "you", it means anyone who visits or uses our site.

What we collect and why

Email address — when you sign up via the popup, newsletter form, or signup page. We use this to send you updates, new product announcements, and occasional content from the journal. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Submission data — if you submit your work via our submit form, we collect your name, email, product name, and the URL you provide. We use this only to review and respond to your submission.

We do not collect passwords, payment details, or any sensitive personal information. Purchases are handled entirely by Gumroad — we never see your payment data.

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how people use the site. It tracks page views, visitor counts, and general traffic data. It does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks. No cookie banner is required because we don't set any cookies.

Third parties we use

  • Supabase — stores email addresses and submission data securely in the EU.
  • Beehiiv — manages our email newsletter. Your email is shared with Beehiiv when you sign up. Their privacy policy applies to how they handle it.
  • Cloudflare — hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
  • Gumroad — processes all payments. We don't receive or store any payment or card information.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone beyond what's listed above.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Just email us and we'll remove your email and any submission data from our records within 7 days.

If you're in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR — including the right to access, correct, or export your data. Same process: just reach out.
